  • Once you've successfully added all fields to your Schema, return to the Settings tab, and specify the field which should serve as the Sync field.
    • The Sync Field is the field Silverpop will use to determine if the submitted lead is a duplicate or not. Typically, this will be the email field.

Campaign & Source Setup

Once you've set up Silverpop within the Integration Hub, you can create your campaign as you normally would.

  • From the Integrations tab, click the "Add Integration" button, and select your Silverpop integration you previously added to the Integration Hub from the list:
  • Once added, hover the mouse over the added Silverpop integration, and click the settings gear to enter the Silverpop integration settings.

  • Specify an Integration name specific to the Campaign.

  • As you would with other integrations, map your campaign fields (input) to the Silverpop fields previously specified in the Schema.

  • Specify whether leads should be updated in Silverpop if a duplicate is found

  • Specify the list id where the leads should be deposited. In Silverpop, the ListID is essentially the database they will be placed into.

Mappers

Mappers can be used on list fields in the Silverpop Integration identically to how you would apply mappers to other integrations.
