Returns/Update Lead Dispositions

Using the platform, you can return Leads to a demand partner. However, you must submit Returns prior to the original, mutually agreed number of days specified within the source. Once a lead is returned Integrate’s software prevents the demand partner from resubmitting it to the campaign.


To bulk return leads:

  1. From the main navigation menu, click Conversions, locate the source and download a list of leads from a campaign using the stoplight menu to the right. This will provide you easy access to  all the accepted leads from a particular partner in a particular source. From here you can copy   the Lead IDs from the leads that you would like to return.
  2. Next, click the Dispositions button from the top-right corner of the page and choose Download Disposition File. This is a template you can use to return or otherwise update the disposition of leads. Paste the Lead IDs you need to return or update under the LeadID header of the disposition template. Add the Disposition Code. For example:
    • RETURN_LEAD_PHONE_DISCONNECTED 

    • RETURN_LEAD_INVALID_CONTACT_INFO 

    • RETURN_LEAD_WRONG_NUMBER 

    • RETURN_LEAD_DID_NOT_APPLY 

    • RETURN_TEST_CONVERSION

    • SUCCESS

You can also add Custom Reason. This is a place for you to add more information about the reason for return.

     3. Once the file has been created, click the Dispositions button from the top-right corner of the Conversions page and  choose Upload Disposition File.
