Payout Detail Report

Overview
A Payout Detail Report provides an overview of the payout status for leads associated with one or more sources. Each lead will have details such as timestamp, status, disposition, payout total, and billing status. A Payout Detail Report is exported as a .csv file.

How To
The Payout Details report is generated from the Insights page.

In the top menu, click Insights(1). The Reports Overview(2) section lists all of your organization’s saved reports. To create a new report, click New Report (3).

Name the report(4) . Click Type(5) and select Payout Detail(6). Click Create(7).

This opens the Reports page. Choose whether to automatically add sources to the report from Marketer(8) or Account(9), or Don’t automatically add sources(10). Choose the source statuses to include in the report: Live(11), Pending(12), Paused(13), Completed(14), Archived(15), and/or Accepted(16).

Select the desired source(s).

Scheduling Reports
To schedule a report to be emailed on a recurring basis, click Schedules(17). Name the CSV file(18), customize the email subject(19), and create the message(20), and click CREATE SCHEDULE(21). 

This opens the Create Scheduler modal.

Recipients(22)
Enter the recipient’s email address. If more than one recipient, separate email addresses with a comma.

Data Settings
Choose to include only current data (new data since the last report was sent) (23), or all cumulative data(24).

Select Interval: Weekly or Monthly

Weekly: To receive reports on the same day every week, select Runs > Daily(25). Choose an end date(26). Select one or more days of the week to run the reports(27). Select one or more run times(28). Upcoming Run Times(29) will appear at the bottom of the modal. Click CREATE & ATTACH(30) at the top of the modal to set the schedule.

*Note: All run times are in US-Arizona time zone (UTC -7, no DST)

Monthly: To receive reports on the same date(s) each month, select Runs > Monthly(31). Choose an end date(32). Select one or more months to run the reports(33). Select the days of the month(34). Select one or more run times(35). Upcoming Run Times(65) will appear at the bottom of the modal. Click CREATE & ATTACH(30) at the top of the modal to set the schedule.

 Edit Scheduled Reports

The green button(37) indicates the report schedule is live. Click to toggle off. Click the pencil icon(38) to edit. Click x(39) to delete.
