Getting Started with Webinar Integrations

Integrate takes webinar leads directly from webinar platforms (BrightTALK & ON24 ) and routes intelligent data to sales systems. Integrate’s webinar solution can help you create actionable data not only to boost your pipeline, but avoid flooding your MA/CRM system with data that doesn’t belong. Ready to get started with Webinar Integrations?

  1.   Identify key webinar team members
    • Webinar Power User(s):  They will be building your Webinar Campaigns & Sources within the Data Acceleration Platform
    • BrightTALK Integration Admin:   (BrightTALK only) This team member must be the 'Owner' of the BrightTALK Channel. Contact your BrightTALK account manager to confirm who the owner of the channel is, and if necessary, request that they change ownership.

  2.   Enable Integrate Webinar Integration credentials
    • Within your instance of the Data Acceleration Platform, Integrate will need to enable the webinar integration feature for each of your key webinar team members
    • Please first ensure all users mentioned above have confirmed Data Acceleration Platform logins, then work with your Integrate Customer Success Manager to complete

  3.   Connect your webinar platform
    • Completed by your BrightTALK Channel Owner (BrightTALK) / Webinar Power User (ON24) within the Data Acceleration Platform Integration Hub
    • Instructions available here for BrightTALK / ON24 or your Integrate Customer Success Manager can guide you

  4.   Build your Integrate Webinar Campaigns & Sources *

    • Webinar details must first be established within BrightTALK / ON24, use our webinar set up templates below to collect the necessary details
    • Completed by your Webinar Power User(s) within the Integrate Data Acceleration Platform
    • Instructions available here to build your Webinar Campaign and then Webinar Source for BrightTALK / ON24

  5.   Manage your webinar lead flow *
    • Webinar Power User(s) will be able to monitor live lead flow into your MA/CRM system
    • Integrate has several available reporting tools to ensure all clean and accurate data is flowing successfully

* If you have an Integrate managed service package, we’ll guide you through a similar process to collect details and complete those builds for you. We will also monitor your lead flow and provide regular reporting to keep you informed.
