Update Leads Using Lead ID

If you have leads that were rejected but can be fixed, follow the instructions below to ensure proper stats and record counts for your account and accurate charges to the marketer.

        1. From the downloaded file, locate the “rejected” lead in the Status column (Column H). Note the Custom Reason (Column K).

        2. Fix the data in the applicable field. Do not change the Lead ID.

        3. Follow the instructions to Upload Leads via .csv to re-upload the file.
